Money Coach for High-Earning Women

Turn your strong income into lasting wealth and greater freedom.

You have worked hard to build a successful career and earn a strong income

Now it is time for your money to create more security, more choices and a life that feels like your own.

I help high-earning women—especially women carrying significant financial responsibility for their households—keep more of what they earn, make confident financial decisions and build wealth with intention.

You make good money. Why doesn’t it feel like it should?

From the outside, your life looks successful.

You have built a strong career, earned a high income and became the person other people depend on.

But privately, you may still wonder why there is not more left at the end of the month, whether you are investing enough, how long you will have to keep working this hard, or whether you can afford to create a different life.

You may quietly think:

“I should have this figured out by now.”

“I have been building for so long, I am not sure how to invest it correctly.”

“I make too much money to still feel uncertain how to proceed forward.”

“If I stop holding everything together, what happens?”

You are not irresponsible or incapable. You learned how to earn, achieve and provide. You may never have been shown how to turn that success into lasting wealth and personal freedom.

A higher income does not automatically create financial freedom

When money is directed primarily toward immediate responsibilities, years of strong earnings can pass without creating the wealth or flexibility you expected.

You may continue earning more while your lifestyle expands, saving repeatedly and moving money back into checking, investing is postponed, and financial decisions remain disconnected from one coordinated plan.

The cost is not only financial, it is the time, peace, energy, and freedom your income was supposed to make possible.

You do not need another budget telling you what you already know

Traditional financial education assumes that once you know what to do, you will automatically do it.

But intelligent, accomplished women often know what they “should” do and still find themselves avoiding, delaying or overriding the plan.

That is because financial decisions are influenced by more than numbers. They are shaped by responsibility, pressure, habits, fear of making mistakes, family expectations, being overworked, and perfectionism.

My coaching addresses both sides of lasting financial change.

Practical financial strategy

Together, we create greater visibility, organize cash flow, build security, reduce debt, examine investing habits, and develop a clear wealth-building path.

This is how you move from financial uncertainty to confident, intentional wealth building.

The patterns influencing your decisions

We identify what causes you to overspend, avoid, second-guess, or abandon your plan when pressure rises. The result is not simply a better spreadsheet. It is a financial life you understand, can manage confidently and can use to create more choices.

A clear path from financial stress to financial choice

1. Define the life you want to live

We clarify what you genuinely want your life to look like and what greater financial freedom would mean to you.

2. See what is actually happening

We create visibility into your income, spending, savings, debt, investments, net worth, and recurring decisions.

3. Identify what keeps holding you back from your progress

We uncover the invisible patterns influencing your financial decisions and behaviors.

4. Build a practical financial system

We develop strategies for cash flow, debt reduction, emergency savings, investment and long-term wealth.

5. Turn financial progress into greater freedom

We align your ongoing decisions with the security, flexibility and life you are working to create.

Real financial progress. Deeper personal change.

Every woman begins from a different financial position, and individual results may vary. These examples demonstrate what can become possible when practical strategy is combined with deeper work.

I know what it is like to earn well and realize your money is not creating the life you want.  For years, I was successful by conventional measures. I had built a strong corporate career, earned a good income, and carried much of the financial responsibility for my family.

But, I was not always making intentional financial decisions. I made investment choices without fully understanding them. We move money out of savings to cover ordinary life.

At 41, I realized that continuing to earn was not enough. My husband and I needed a clear vision for what our money was supposed to make possible. For the next eight years, we aligned our financial decisions with that vision. We paid off our home and grew our net worth from $110,000 to $1.5 million.

At 49, I was able to leave the corporate world and begin creating a life organized around meaningful work, greater autonomy, my family, my horses and helping other women build the same power of choice.

I do not teach financial freedom as an abstract idea. I teach it from the experience of having intentionally built it.

What my clients say

Since working with her, I’ve paid off over $6,000 in debt. And more importantly—I’ve stopped those binge shopping expeditions. I feel in control now. I have clarity around my 1, 3, and 5-year plans, and that alone has brought my stress levels down tremendously. I’m more confident in my ability to eventually achieve financial freedom—something I honestly never saw as a real possibility for myself before this.

These aren’t just temporary changes—they’re starting to feel ingrained in how I live and how I think about money. One of the greatest gifts of this process has been letting go of guilt and shame.

Bobbie is incredibly attentive and truly cares about her clients. She understands that your financial life is connected to so many other parts of who you are. She gets to the root of it. I always felt like she held me accountable while also giving me grace and celebrating the progress I’d made—even when I couldn’t see it.

Change can be difficult, especially when it comes to money and changing the relationship/the way we view it. I had no idea that what I didn’t know was straightforward and easy to learn. Being open to Bobbie’s message was life changing. Looking back, I was bad off financially. I came at this from a place of trying something new because I could only get better from where I was. That allowed me to be open to the new concepts Bobbie was sharing. Once I began to see my progress it almost felt surreal, like is this really happening to me? At times I catch myself being dismissive of my growth and success in our ecommerce business. Aligning myself with others who have been successful and listening to their success stories has also made my change possible. Bobbie has been that mentor for me and without her, there is no way that I would have made the progress that I have made so far.

“Bobbie helped us clearly see where we were spending in excess and gave us a step-by-step plan for staying out of debt and building wealth. It was surprising to see the overspending habits we had that were getting in the way of our goals for retirement. Even though we started later in life, we are now on track to retire with clear peace of mind. Her practical approach and knowledgeable coaching kept us on track, even when our habits pulled us off track. Her direct, clear communication style helped us focus on what’s more important.” Dawn & Wade Hanley

I helped a client start a shift in realizing her power and value in pricing her services. She had been in an old story and pattern of over giving in her services for her business and allowing others to negotiate down the price, which was teaching others what she had to offer was not valuable or would help them make a difference in their lives. This was so beautiful to watch and see another woman stand in her power when making an offer. And the good news is…she got what she asked for and the client signed.

You have already proven that you know how to work hard. Now let your money begin working harder for you.

During an Unlock Your Potential Call, we discuss where you are now, what you want your money to make possible, and what may be preventing your income from creating that progress you expected.

You will leave with greater clarity about your next financial priority and whether private coaching is the right support for you.
